Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ziva, provided by Techlab X. By creating an account or using Ziva, you agree to them.
The service
Ziva lets you publish content to your social accounts, automate replies and messages, capture leads and related features. Some features are in early access and may change.
Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and the workspaces you manage.
Connected platforms
When you connect TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook or other platforms, you authorize us to act on your behalf as you configure, for example to publish posts, reply to comments and send messages. You must follow each platform's terms and policies, including the YouTube Terms of Service. Ziva is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Google, YouTube or Meta. Platforms may change or limit their APIs, which may affect features.
Acceptable use
- No spam, deceptive messages or unsolicited bulk messaging beyond platform rules.
- No content that is illegal, infringing, hateful or harmful.
- No attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer or bypass limits of the service.
- Only publish content you own or have the rights to publish.
Your content
You keep ownership of your content. You give us a limited license to host, process, adapt (for example resizing, or generating captions) and publish it only as needed to provide the service to you.
AI features
AI-generated titles, captions and replies can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing automated output and for the messages sent from your accounts.
Plans, billing and fees
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Sales processed through Ziva may carry a transaction fee shown before you enable checkout. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Taxes may apply.
Termination
You can stop using Ziva and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put the service or platforms at risk.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by third-party platforms. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes, we will notify you in advance by email or in the app.
